We have developed innovative technological processes. These are originally used in the space sector to avoid using liquid lubricant in order to compensate pollution risks in electronic or filter systems. The original dimensions of the parts remain intact , the treatment is embedded in the material, its thickness is constant since it is self-limiting, the embedding is extremely constant and even ; it is independent from any geometrical variations of the treated parts, a very thin film can form on the surface, but it can be easily removed since it does not constitute the active part of MICROFRAL®.

No use of oil or grease between 2 rubbing parts (on different substrates).
Application on all types of substrates : Ferrous and non-ferrous metals, glass, ceramic, plastics, elastomers. In general, all materials whose machining is finished can be treated, whether it is manufacturing equipment or series parts. For example : ball bearing, piston, valve, threading… In order to help with mechanical frictions, or to durably reduce galling risks. Applying a molybdenum disulphide coating that was cured in a heat chamber or in open air is totally suitable : XYLAN , TEFLON, Molykote, Everlube, Emralon, Microflon. Application : By pneumatic spraying or dripping-centrifugation.
